NIGHT SHIFT

We are looking for an Enrollment & Billing (E&B;) Analyst with hands-on experience in TriZetto Facets and US Healthcare Payer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process member enrollment, eligibility, demographic changes, additions, and terminations in TriZetto Facets.
- Handle and resolve 834 EDI file errors and enrollment fallout.
- Perform billing reconciliation, payment receipt reallocations, and variance resolution.
- Review enrollment/billing reports and maintain accurate member records.
- Handle employer group queries through calls and emails.
- Manage workflow, documentation, quality, productivity, and SLA requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

- TriZetto FACETS
- EDI 834
- Healthcare Systems
- Enrollment / Eligibility / Billing
- US Healthcare Payer / Healthcare BPO experience
