Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschoolers, incorporating Montessori methods and principles.

- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 3-6 years.

- Develop robust relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in early childhood education (pre primary or nursery) or related field.

- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices (e.g., Montessori).

- Ability to work effectively with young children aged 3-6 years old.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
