E-commerce & Social Media Sales Executive

Location: Dehradun

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and sales-oriented individual to manage our online sales, social media presence, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Online Sales & E-commerce: Manage online enquiries, customer queries, orders, and follow-ups across digital platforms.
- Client Handling & Sales: Communicate professionally with prospective customers, build relationships, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Social Media Management: Assist with day-to-day social media activities, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Shoot product photographs and videos, create engaging reels, and showcase products creatively.
- Written & Verbal Communication: Handle customer communication through WhatsApp, calls, DMs, and other online channels.
- Sales Performance: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram,



Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to shoot product photographs and create engaging reels.
- Solid client-handling, follow-up, negotiation, and sales-conversion skills.
- A self-motivated, organised, and target-driven approach.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, online sales, or social media will be an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000, depending on skills and experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives linked to sales conversions and monthly targets.
- Opportunity to earn beyond the fixed salary through strong sales performance.
