- Manage e-commerce portals such as Gem Portal, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART.
- Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, specifications, and prices.
- Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain product inventory, stock availability, and pricing accuracy.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and order-related issues.
- Monitor product listings, sales performance, and competitor activities.
- Manage promotional offers, discounts, and online sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve portal-related issues.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
