We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online orders, returns, product listings, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Experience with e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online selling platforms and orders.
- Handle product listings, inventory, and regular updates.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and inventory.
- Resolve order and return-related issues.
- Prepare daily e-commerce reports and updates.
Requirements
- Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
