Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an E-Commerce Growth and P&L; Manager. The role involves owning and driving the end-to-end e-commerce strategy across marketplaces and D2C platforms, with direct responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition. The manager will oversee daily performance tracking, sales forecasting, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning to optimize P&L; outcomes for online channels.

Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing for digital campaigns, improving product listings and content, managing platform relationships, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all e-commerce touchpoints.



The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and supply chain to align budgets, manage costs, and deliver sustainable online business growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce growth management, including marketplace and D2C channel strategy, category management, and online merchandising.
- Strong P&L; ownership capabilities, with experience in budgeting, revenue planning, margin optimization, and cost control for digital businesses.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, using tools such as Excel, BI dashboards, and platform analytics to guide decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing levers (SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and campaigns) to drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Experience in pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and demand forecasting for FMCG or beauty/personal care categories is highly beneficial.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across marketing, operations, finance, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a structured approach to reporting, insights, and growth planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in beauty, hair care, or consumer goods is an advantage.
