We are hiring a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Shopify-based online store for Automotive. Ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates eager to grow in e-commerce operations and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Shopify product listings, images, pricing, and inventory
- Process website orders and coordinate with warehouse & logistics
- Track order status and resolve delivery-related issues
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage leads from WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Coordinate with marketing for banners, offers, and campaigns
- Monitor basic sales and website performance reports

Required Skills:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Attention to detail & time management
- Basic design sense and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Interest in the Automotive field preferred

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
