We are looking for a smart, proactive and detail-oriented generalist who can independently manage day-to-day operations, order processing, basic logistics through Shopify & Shiprocket and coordination work across the brand. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow rapidly in the fashion/e-commerce space and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Order Processing

- Manage daily orders end-to-end on Shopify & Shiprocket
- Create shipping labels, schedule pickups and monitor delivery status
- Maintain accurate inventory records & SKU tracking
- Coordinate packing, dispatch and returns/exchanges processes
- Ensure smooth workflow between logistics partners & internal team

Skills & Requirements

- Organised, fast-learner and solution-oriented problem solver
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently
- Prior experience in D2C / fashion / e-commerce operations is a plus, but not mandatory
- Basic tech and software comfort: excel sheets, Shopify panel basics, order processing tools
