Hiring: E-commerce Executive

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive for an FMCG company. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing online marketplaces along with mandatory knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, ZoomMart and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process online orders, generate invoices and coordinate timely dispatches.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory and order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing and logistics teams.
- Handle returns, refunds, claims and customer queries.
- Maintain sales and purchase entries in Tally.
- Handle basic accounting,



expense records and e-commerce-related documentation.
- Support sales and purchase record management and basic Excel reporting.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce operations experience.
- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Must know basic Sales & Purchase entries in Tally and accounting terms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, ZoomMart or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
