E-commerce Executive – Marketplaces & Quick Commerce

Experience: 3–5 years

Role Overview

Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. Handle marketplace operations, listings, advertising, inventory coordination and reporting to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, account health and platform issue resolution.
- Optimise product listings, catalogues, keywords, images and enhanced brand content.
- Execute sales plans, promotions, offers and sale-event campaigns.
- Manage marketplace advertising budgets and improve ROAS, ACOS and conversions.
- Coordinate quick-commerce onboarding, stock availability and replenishment.
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment and minimise stockouts and cancellations.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, platform fees and margins.
- Track returns, refunds, settlements, deductions and claims with finance.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and support teams.




- Prepare performance reports and track competitor pricing and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketplace management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Familiarity with Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, analytical and coordination skills.
- Beauty, personal care, skincare or FMCG experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators Sales growth, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rate, stock availability, timely fulfilment, returns, account health and contribution margin.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
