Full Time – Onsite (No Transport / No Hybrid / No Remote)

Shifts: 2-11PM IST - all 5 days in office

Work Location: Gachibowli – HYD.

Immediate requirement for experienced solid hands-on Dynamics 365 Contact Center + Copilot Studio experience. Avoid generic Power Platform profiles without relevant Contact Center/Copilot Studio experience.

- Prompt engineering and AI-generated case/conversation summaries
- External knowledge bases and enterprise knowledge retrieval
