- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

- Configure CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations.

- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external applications using REST APIs/Web APIs.

- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

- Prepare technical documentation and support CRM enhancements.

- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Positive knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript,



and SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience with Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, and Web API.

- Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform.

- Knowledge of CRM security, solutions, and environment management.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.

- Knowledge of Azure integration services.

- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage.
