We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and monitor Mutual Fund RTA Operations at the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor RTA performance, transaction processing, delays, and rejections.
- Ensure compliance with mutual fund regulations and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stock exchanges, channel partners, and service providers.
- Manage audits, resolve audit observations, and implement process controls.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive process automation and improvements.
- Review scheme documents and transaction forms and support new mutual fund scheme launches.




- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Mutual Fund RTA Operations at an AMC Corporate Office.
- Good knowledge of mutual fund regulations and R&T; activities.
- Experience in audit management, process improvement, and automation.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and presentations.

Eligibility: 17+ years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund RTA Operations at an AMC Corporate Office.
