Role & responsibilities
- Handle Electrical & Automation maintenance of tyre manufacturing equipment from RM Mixing to Final Finishing.
- Siemens PLC programming, modification and troubleshooting is compulsory.
- Handle Siemens S7-300/400, S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal/STEP 7, HMI & SCADA.
- Troubleshoot VFD, Servo, sensors, control panels and industrial communication systems.
- Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, MCC/PCC, DG, APFC, motors and electrical distribution.
- Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance and drive RCA.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, automation upgrades
- Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance and optimum equipment availability.
