ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage daily cinema operations and supervise staff.
- Ensure employee discipline, punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
- Maintain auditorium cleanliness and readiness before every show.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor ticketing, food and beverage sales, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and SOPs.
- Monitor cash handling and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager to resolve operational issues.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
