E-commerce Executive Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive Intern to support our online business operations. The intern will assist with product listings, pricing, inventory updates, order management, marketplace operations, and basic customer support activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product operations, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Add and maintain product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product information.
- Monitor product inventory and ensure stock information is updated accurately.
- Assist with processing and tracking online orders.
- Coordinate and follow up on cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Maintain and update e-commerce data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in managing Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Check product listings regularly for accuracy, completeness, and pricing errors.
- Support basic SEO optimization of product titles and descriptions.
- Assist the team with basic Meta Ads and Google Ads activities, when required.
- Prepare reports related to orders, sales, inventory, and product performance.




- Perform other e-commerce and online business-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant degree.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and online business.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of online orders, returns, refunds, and customer support processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other marketplace seller panels.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce analytics and reporting.
