About the Role

We are a printing agency specialising in paper and card-based printing.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to handle operations, vendor coordination, and client deliveries. This role requires someone who can balance precision in execution with clear communication.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, upload, and send files for print production.
- Coordinate with vendors, follow up on job progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Deliver finished orders to clients.
- Make basic edits to files in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
- Draft billing-related documents for the accountant.
- Understand client requirements, take notes on feedback, and communicate clearly with the team.
- Check print quality before delivering to ensure error-free work.

Requirements




- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and MS Word.
- Knowledge of pre-press processes (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and explicit communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with field/vendor visits.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with the right skillset can also apply).
- Need to have a valid two-wheeler license. (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience

- CorelDraw: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
