Job Summary:

The Drip Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing automated, trigger-based and lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, improve customer engagement, drive conversions and support retention.

The position will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product and CRM teams to ensure that the right communication reaches the right audience at the right stage of the customer lifecycle.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute automated drip campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop campaign journeys for lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, conversion, renewal and re-engagement.
- Configure trigger-based workflows, automated communication and customer journeys.
- Develop nurturing journeys to move prospects through different stages of the sales funnel.

Must Have:

- 3-5 years of experience in drip marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing automated customer journeys.
- Experience with audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle communication.
