About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our Interior Architecture team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, working drawings, and detailed documentation for commercial interior projects, coordinating with designers, architects, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D working drawings for commercial interior projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and furniture layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings for joinery, furniture, partitions, doors, wall treatments, and other interior elements.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare construction/detail drawings with proper dimensions, levels, materials, and specifications.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, electrical, HVAC, and structural requirements.
- Revise drawings based on comments from architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, design intent, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with the site execution team to resolve drawing-related queries.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site conditions.
- Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control, and documentation.
- Assist the design team in preparing presentations, material layouts, and other technical documentation when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and to verify existing/site conditions.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting.
- Good understanding of commercial interior construction and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and interior construction methods.
- Good understanding of dimensions, levels, sections, and construction details.
- Ability to coordinate drawings with MEP and other services.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Software Skills

Required:

- AutoCAD

Preferred:

- SketchUp
- Revit
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Microsoft Office

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in commercial interior projects will be preferred.

- Restaurants / Cafés
- Hospitality projects
- Showrooms
- Commercial buildings
- High-end residential interiors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
