Role & Responsibilities:

- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.

- Design and develop plastic components as per customer and project requirements.

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings with GD&T; and manufacturing specifications.

- Support product development activities from concept to design release.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design changes and engineering updates.

- Ensure design feasibility considering injection molding and manufacturing processes.

- Maintain design documentation and adhere to company quality standards.

- Participate in design reviews and implement corrective actions as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.





- 4-5 years of experience in CATIA Plastic Design/Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting).

- Mandatory experience in the Plastics Industry.

- Positive understanding of plastic component design, injection molding, and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and design standards.

- Experience in automotive interior/exterior plastic components will be preferred.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
