Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain life insurance products, policies, and services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve call quality, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a domestic voice process.
- Candidates with life insurance experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
