Job Title: Doctor Matrshakti Womens Helpline

Location: Remote | Serving women across Western UP

On-call Availability: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM IST

About the Role

KT Wing is launching the Matrshakti Womens Helpline to provide free medical consultations over the phone to women across Western UP, particularly in rural communities. We are looking for a compassionate MBBS or BAMS doctor to provide consultations and coordinate with the helpline nurse.

Key Responsibilities

- Be available for patient calls during the designated hours.
- Provide consultations and health guidance within your qualifications and authorised scope of practice.
- Address general health and womens health concerns, including menstrual health, nutrition and preventive care.
- Identify cases requiring in-person consultation, specialist referral or urgent medical attention.




- Maintain consultation records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the nurse for patient follow-ups.

Requirements

- MBBS or BAMS with valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Experience in primary care or womens health preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and ability to explain medical information clearly.
- Reliable phone and internet connectivity, with a private space for consultations.
- Empathy and sensitivity towards women from rural communities.
