Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various functions, ensuring timely and quality closures.
2. Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins and align with manpower requirements.
3. Liaise with functional heads and Circle HR to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback management.
4. Oversee pre-employment documentation, background checks, and ensure adherence to internal hiring policies.
5. Maintain accurate trackers for internal review.

Key Skills Required

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) and Excel reporting
- Experience in volume/bulk hiring & high level of ownership and ability to work independently.
