Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day FRM-related activities.
- Coordinate with patients, visitors, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Assist with customer and patient queries.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Follow organizational policies and service standards.
