We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to join our team.
Experience: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Handle load booking and manage daily dispatch operations.
- Search, negotiate, and book suitable loads with brokers.
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track active loads and provide timely updates.
- Manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and dispatch-related information.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely communication with drivers throughout the dispatch process.
- Support the team in achieving daily operational and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in US Trucking Dispatch/Logistics.
- Load booking experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the US trucking and freight market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple loads simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience dealing with brokers and drivers will be preferred.
Experience in US Trucking/Logistics will be preferred. Job Location-Mohali(On-Site)
Experience- 1+ yrs in Dispatch (US Logistics)
