About Space

, one of the top-ranked furniture sellers on Amazon India. We are growing fast and are looking for a

Dispatch Manager to own our outbound operations from finished goods to delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatches for Amazon Seller (FBA) and Vendor (PO and Direct Fulfilment) orders

- Book and manage Amazon fulfilment centre appointments, and ensure vehicles reach on time

- Arrange vehicles, negotiate rates with transporters and control freight cost

- Supervise picking, packing, labelling and loading to Amazon compliance standards

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents: invoices, e-way bills, shipment labels and PODs

- Coordinate with production and stores so stock is ready against PO deadlines

- Track every shipment until unloading, and resolve shortages, damages and rejections





- Maintain the dispatch tracker and share daily stock and dispatch reports with management

- Lead and train the dispatch and loading team, and maintain safety and order in the dispatch area

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a logistics or supply chain qualification is a plus

- 5–8 years of dispatch or logistics experience, preferably in furniture, bulky goods or e-commerce

- Working knowledge of Amazon inbound processes (FBA shipments, Vendor Central POs, appointments)

- Good knowledge of GST invoicing and e-way bills

- Solid in Excel / Google Sheets and daily reporting

- Experience handling transporters and a team of loaders and packers

- Fluent in Tamil; working English and Hindi preferred
