Key Responsibilities

1. Finished Goods Management.

- Receive finished goods from the production department and verify quantity, product code, batch number, and condition.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, stacking, and storage of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments regarding finished goods availability and release status.

2. Dispatch Operations.

- Plan and execute daily dispatches according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and Transporters for timely dispatch.
- Prepare picking lists and ensure correct material is picked as per order requirements.
- Verify product, quantity, batch, packaging, and customer details before loading.
- Ensure proper loading, handling, and securing of goods to prevent damage during transportation.
- Track dispatched shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery status.

3. Documentation.

- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as:
- Delivery Challan
- Invoice
- E-way Bill, where applicable
- Packing List
- Gate Pass
- Transport documents
- Other customer-specific documents
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and accurate before vehicle release.
- Maintain dispatch registers and daily/monthly reports.
- Update ERP/SAP/WMS transactions related to finished goods and dispatch.

4. Inventory Control.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and storage discipline.
- Monitor damaged, rejected, returned, or expired finished goods and coordinate their disposition.
- Support periodic and annual stock audits.

5. Vehicle & Transport Coordination.





- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement as per dispatch requirements.
- Verify vehicle condition, capacity, and cleanliness before loading where required.
- Ensure timely vehicle loading and minimise vehicle detention time.
- Maintain records of transporter and vehicle details.
- Follow company safety requirements during loading and dispatch activities.

6. Coordination & Reporting.

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Provide daily dispatch and stock reports to management.
- Monitor pending orders and communicate dispatch status.
- Escalate delays, shortages, damages, documentation issues, or other operational problems.

- Vehicle turnaround/detention time
- Finished goods damage percentage

- Customer complaints related to dispatch

Required Skills.

- Good knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP/ systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Understanding of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and warehouse safety practices.

Preferred Experience Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other industrial environment will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities – Summary The position is responsible for ensuring that finished goods are received, stored, controlled, picked, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, safety, and proper coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
