Position : Jr. Executive – Dispatch

Location : B4-B5, Dombivli MIDC

Experience : 1–3 Years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Preferred Industry : Manufacturing / Automobile

Department : SCM – Dispatch

Role Overview

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch activities, including dispatch planning, shop-floor coordination, DC picking & packing, Pick Plan and Store-In Plan preparation, inventory control and ensuring accurate & timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch shop-floor planning and coordination
- Ensure timely completion of DC picking & packing
- Improve FTR (First Time Right) in the dispatch process
- Prepare Pick Plans and Store-In Plans
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory control
- Identify and avoid stock discrepancies

Key Skills Required

Dispatch Process Knowledge

Dispatch Planning & Coordination

Picking & Packing

Inventory / Stock Management

Warehouse / Shop-floor Operations

Pick Plan / Store-In Plan

ERP / SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

Manufacturing / Automobile experience preferred
