Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of auto components to customers.

- Coordinate with production team to schedule manufacturing based on customer orders.

- Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment tracking.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards for packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management in the auto ancillary industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).

- Robust understanding of SAPs system for managing inventory control processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
