Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage EPC projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts with vendors, and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and commissioning personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of EPC project management principles and practices.
- Excellent client management skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proven negotiation skills for procurement contracts.
