Director level - Finance Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS)

Experience: 12-15 Years

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Finance Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), capable of driving large-scale finance transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and solution architecture capabilities, extensive knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance, and a demonstrated ability to support and independently drive presales opportunities through closure.

Key Requirements

Functional & ERP Expertise

- 12-15 years of overall experience in Finance ERP consulting and implementation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations.
- Robust expertise across core finance processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)

Accounting & Compliance
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of:
- IFRS
- US GAAP
- Ind AS
- Ability to translate accounting and regulatory requirements into ERP solution designs.

Tax Expertise
- Deep understanding of direct and indirect taxation.




- Experience in designing and implementing ERP solutions supporting:
- GST
- TDS/TCS
- Withholding Taxes
- Corporate Tax Compliance
- Multi-jurisdiction tax requirements

Solution Architecture
- Ability to define end-to-end finance solution architecture for enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience in business process reengineering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and client advisory capabilities.

Presales & Business Development
- Proven presales track record in ERP transformation engagements.
- Ability to:
- Lead solution discussions with CXOs and finance leadership.
- Develop solution strategies, estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct demos, client workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Independently drive sales opportunities from qualification to closure.

Industry Preference
- Prior experience in the Financial Services (FS) sector is highly preferred, including:
- Banking
- NBFCs
- Insurance
- Capital Markets
- Fintech
