- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master in Health Administration (MHA), or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred or required by most facilities.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of clinical and progressive leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, or Assistant Director)
- Certifications: Executive nursing credentials such as Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) or Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC) are often preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
