As a Director in the GBS / GCC Advisory practice, you will lead high-performing teams from strategy through to execution. You will drive GBS/GCC setups, scale-ups, and operating model transformations for domestic and global clients. This role combines senior client stakeholder management, complex program delivery, team leadership, and active revenue generation through business development and client mining.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage project economics (billing, collection, risk reviews), and contribute directly to the segment's sales pipeline.
- Strategy & Operating Model Design: Lead GBS/GCC strategy roadmaps, location strategy, activity-level scoping across corporate functions, FTE sizing, and target operating model (TOM) design.
- End-to-End Transition Management: Drive financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, business case scenario modeling, transition roadmap creation, and end-to-end execution programs.
- Process Excellence & Digital Transformation: Map future-state processes (using Visio, ARIS, etc.), define controls, and embed digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, and analytics tools).
- Governance & Service Management: Work alongside CXO-level stakeholders to design robust KPIs, SLAs, vendor selection frameworks,



and contract management mechanisms.
- People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead large, diverse teams of consulting and finance professionals.

? Required Qualifications & Experience

- 14+ years of total experience with a minimum of 10 years dedicated to Shared Services / Outsourcing Advisory or GCC setups.
- Proven track record of executing at least 1 end-to-end greenfield GBS/GCC execution program.
- Deep functional knowledge across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Legal.
- Strong foundation in core consulting skills: executive presence, problem-solving, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

GBS/GCC Scale & Track Record End-to-end greenfield, multi-function GBS / GCC setups have you personally led.

GBS / GCC engagements led so far (including transformation programs). Measurable outcomes (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains, digital adoption metrics) you delivered in your previous GBS/GCC engagements. Annual sales target for the GBS / GCC segment. Hunting vs.
