This role is accountable for building a market-leading FP&A; practice that delivers insight-led decision support, predictive analytics, and measurable business outcomes for global clients.

The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs , drive portfolio growth , shape next-generation FP&A; offerings , and build high-impact global FP&A; capabilities.

Responsibilities

FP&A; Strategy , Transformation & Practice Leadership

Define and lead the transformation and continuous improvement agenda in partnership with client and operations leadership, delivering measurable business outcomes across productivity, profitability, growth and client value

- Define and execute the global FP&A; vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build differentiated FP&A; offerings across:
- Planning, budgeting & rolling forecasts
- Management reporting & performance analytics
- Cost, margin & productivity analytics
- Scenario planning & business resilience
- Workforce & headcount analytics
- Position FP&A; as a strategic CFO advisory capability, not a reporting function

Client Advisory & Executive Engagement

- Serve as a strategic partner to client CFOs, CEOs, and Finance Leadership Teams
- Lead executive-level conversations on:
- Business performance and value creation
- Growth, profitability, and capital allocation
- Risk, volatility, and scenario planning
- Sponsor client governance forums (SteerCos, QBRs, Executive Reviews)

Transformation, Digital & Analytics Enablement Define and lead the transformation and continuous improvement agenda in partnership with client and operations leadership, delivering measurable business outcomes across productivity, profitability, growth and client value.

- Champion next-gen FP&A; transformation, embedding:
- Advanced analytics & predictive modelling




- AI-enabled forecasting and scenario planning
- Self-service and real- me insights
- Drive adoption of planning platforms, BI tools, and data products
- Partner with Digital, Data, and AI teams to create industry-specific FP&A; accelerators
- Enable touchless reporting and near-real- me insights

Operating Model & Governance

- Establish and scale global FP&A; operating models and COEs
- Define governance frameworks, service catalogues, SLAs, and maturity models
- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across geographies and clients
- Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking against best-in-class practices

Talent, Capability & Leadership Development

- Build and develop a strong leadership and transformation talent pipeline through coaching, succession planning and capability development across Finance, business partnering, analytics, digital transformation and domain expertise
- Build a strong FP&A; leadership bench (SVP/VP/AVP levels )
- Drive capability development across: o
- Business partnering and storytelling
- Advanced analytics and modeling
- Industry and domain depth
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and client impact

Accountability for business outcomes.

- Lead with robust ownership and accountability for committed transformation outcome
- Balancing operational improvements with long-term strategic value creation

Minimum Qualifications

- Certified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or an MBA

Experience across

- FP&A;, CFO Advisory, Finance Transformation
- Global shared services / managed services
- Proven track record of:
- Leading large global FP&A; practices
- Driving revenue growth and large deal wins
- Operating at C-suite and Board level
- Strong exposure to multi-industry environments Insurance preferred
