Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience in leading large-scale delivery engagements and managing end-to-end program execution.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Experience driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L;, revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance.

- Expertise in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing delivery teams.

- Strong background in healthcare domain, specifically within Payer and Provider ecosystems.

- Experience managing platform engineering, digital transformation, cloud, data, and technology modernization initiatives (for Platform Services role).

- Proven track record in risk management, governance, compliance, and escalation handling.

- Ability to drive account growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and identification of current business opportunities.

- Experience working in global delivery models and managing distributed teams across geographies.

- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities to influence business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Payer and Provider:

- Healthcare delivery leadership: Look for 15+ years in IT services delivery,



including 5+ years supporting US healthcare payer and/or provider organizations, with knowledge of HIPAA, FHIR, CMS, interoperability, and healthcare data security.

- Portfolio and P&L; ownership: Validate direct responsibility for a $5M+ portfolio, covering revenue realization, gross margin, cost control, resource utilisation, and predictable on-time/on-budget delivery across fixed-price, annuity, outcome-based, or risk-reward engagements.

- Technology and transformation depth: Assess experience leading geographically distributed teams across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Automation, Analytics, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Quality Engineering, including adoption of AI-enabled engineering and productivity practices.

- Client engagement and growth: Explore examples of managing C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, shaping solutions, expanding accounts, and driving delivery-led or offering-led growth.

- People, governance, and execution: Evaluate the candidates track record in building high-performing global teams, hiring and mentoring leaders, establishing delivery governance, managing risk and compliance, and achieving measurable outcomes such as strong NPS, profitability, delivery quality, and AI adoption.
