Man Investment Services Private Limited. is seeking an experienced Digital Sales & Growth Specialist as Consultant to design, implement, and operationalize a scalable digital sales function.

The consultant will be responsible for establishing the entire digital sales infrastructure, including CRM implementation, lead-generation systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows, Social Media Strategy, Email outreach automation, sales dashboards, reporting mechanisms, SOPs, and team training.

The primary objective is to build a repeatable and measurable digital business development engine capable of generating qualified borrower, investor, partner, and business opportunities.

:

- Design the company's digital sales strategy.
- Implement CRM and sales technology infrastructure.
- Build and launch digital lead-generation systems.
- Create outreach and follow-up automation.
- Establish sales reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Develop sales playbooks and SOPs.
- Train internal teams for ongoing execution.




- Generate an initial pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Creation of measurable business pipeline aligned with company growth objectives

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital sales, revenue operations, business development, or growth consulting.
- Experience implementing CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with email outreach platforms suitable for prspecting, cold outreach and customer engagement
- Robust understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification frameworks.
- Experience building sales dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Preferrably Experienced in financial services, wealth management, AIFs, private credit markets, investment products, lending, fintech, NBFCs, or consulting.
