Digital PR Manager | Remote | India

Working Hours: Flexibility to work across UK and US time zones as required.

Job Responsibility

- Manage a portfolio of clients and drive digital PR campaigns to secure coverage in top-tier publications across UK and US markets.
- Develop PR strategies aligned with SEO, backlink acquisition, brand mentions, and visibility across AI search platforms.
- Research industry trends, identify compelling story angles, and create data-driven campaigns, editorial calendars, and outreach plans.
- Write and review press releases, journalist pitches, expert comments, and other PR content with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, manage targeted media outreach, and identify reactive PR and newsjacking opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, track placements and referring domains, and report results to clients against agreed targets.
- Mentor Digital PR Executives, review their work, monitor daily targets, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Continuously improve PR processes, outreach strategies, and campaign performance.

Job Requirement




- 4–5 years of experience in Digital PR, preferably within an agency environment. Experience managing multiple brands in-house will also be considered.
- Proven track record of securing placements in national and top-tier publications for small and mid-sized clients.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between Digital PR, SEO, backlinks, brand mentions, and AI search visibility.
- Excellent English writing, editing, storytelling, and journalist pitching skills.
- Robust news awareness and the ability to identify compelling, newsworthy stories from data and industry trends.
- Experience with digital PR outreach tools such as BuzzStream, Muck Rack, or Roxhill, and journalist request platforms.
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
- Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines across UK and US time zones.
- Previous experience mentoring or reviewing junior team members is preferred.
- Experience with data-led campaigns, surveys, and reactive PR is an advantage.
