We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer for our Jaipur centre.

The ideal candidate should not be limited to theoretical knowledge. We are looking for someone who has actually worked on digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, SEO, paid advertising and content and can teach students using practical, current examples.

Candidates with prior teaching experience at a reputed or premium training institute will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students across major areas of Digital Marketing through practical, hands-on sessions.
- Teach Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO and SEO tools.
- Train students in Performance Marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Explain campaign planning, targeting, bidding, conversion tracking, remarketing and campaign optimization.
- Teach Social Media Marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Train students in content strategy and content creation for social media, websites, blogs, ads and campaigns.
- Cover Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and other commonly used marketing tools.
- Teach email marketing, lead generation, landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion techniques.
- Introduce students to AI tools and AI-assisted Digital Marketing workflows for research, content, SEO, advertising, creatives, automation and productivity.
- Conduct live assignments, campaign exercises and real-world projects.
- Review student work and help students build strong portfolios and practical case studies.
- Keep training content updated with changes in platforms, algorithms, advertising tools and AI.

Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on: Has personally executed campaigns rather than only studied or taught them.
- Experienced: Has real working experience in digital marketing, agency, brand, corporate or freelance environments.
- Dynamic: Comfortable handling multiple areas of Digital Marketing rather than specialising in only one module.
- Performance-oriented: Understands leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, traffic and other campaign metrics.
- Up-to-date: Actively follows changes in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and AI-driven marketing.
- Student-friendly: Can explain concepts through practical examples, demonstrations and live exercises.
- Industry-focused: Can prepare students for actual agency and corporate Digital Marketing roles.

Preferred Experience Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Faculty Member or Mentor at a reputed/premium institute will be strongly preferred.

Candidates with both industry experience + training experience will be given preference.

Important

This is not a theory-focused teaching position. We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can demonstrate how campaigns are actually planned, executed, measured and improved.

Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan – In Office
