Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Digital Marketing who can manage a digital marketing team while also being hands-on with SEO, lead generation, email marketing, data enrichment, database management, and US-market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Team Handling

- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance and training.
- Coordinate with sales, business development, content, and other teams.

SEO

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content-gap analysis.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and technical SEO.
- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.

US Market & Lead Generation :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting the US market.
- Identify target industries, companies, decision-makers, and buyer personas.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Email Marketing :

- Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Create email sequences, campaigns, follow-ups, and newsletters.
- Segment and manage email databases.
- Monitor open rates, CTR, bounce rates, replies, and conversions.
- Maintain good email deliverability and database hygiene.

Data Enrichment & Database Management :

- Build and maintain targeted B2B databases.




- Perform contact and company data enrichment using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, or similar platforms.
- Research and validate contact information.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases based on industry, geography, company size, designation, etc.

Canva & Creative Marketing :

- Create marketing creatives using Canva.
- Develop social media posts, email creatives, campaign banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Coordinate with designers for advanced creative requirements.

Analytics & Reporting :

- Track and report key digital marketing KPIs.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, leads, email campaigns, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and SEO

- B2B lead generation experience
- Experience targeting the US market
- Strong knowledge of Email Marketing
- Experience in data enrichment and database generation
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools

- Good Canva skills
- Robust analytical and reporting capabilities
- Good communication and team-management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5–8 years of digital marketing experience
- Prior digital marketing agency experience is preferred
- Experience managing a digital marketing team
- Experience handling US-focused B2B campaigns
- Strong combination of SEO + Lead Generation + Email Marketing + Data Enrichment
- Hands-on approach with the ability to both manage the team and execute campaigns
- Strong ownership, communication, analytical thinking, and execution skills
