Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Daily activities include managing social media accounts, monitoring online advertising performance, analyzing web and campaign analytics, and preparing reports to guide decision-making. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging.



The role also includes staying up to date with industry trends and recommending new tactics and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience creating and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
