DNA Academy is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist capable of independently handling performance marketing, poster designing, and video production and editing to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns for courses, admissions, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions.
- Analyse results and optimize campaigns to improve admission enquiries and conversions.

2. Poster Design

- Create attractive posters, social media creatives, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative content for course promotions, campaigns, events, and branding.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

3. Video Production & Editing

- Shoot and edit promotional videos, reels, advertisements, testimonials, and educational content.




- Create engaging video creatives for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
- Handle video editing, transitions, subtitles, audio enhancement, and motion graphics as required.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- A portfolio of previous designs, videos, and marketing campaigns is preferred.

What We Expect A hands-on qualified who can manage all three areas independently, deliver quality creatives, run effective advertising campaigns, and contribute to lead generation, brand growth, and student admissions. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
