Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & GMB Expert to improve our online presence, generate quality leads, and increase local search visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Google Business Profile (GMB) & Local SEO

- Create, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles.
- Improve local search visibility and Google Maps rankings.
- Manage business information, services, photos, posts, reviews, and Q&A.;
- Develop strategies to generate genuine customer reviews.
- Track profile performance, calls, website clicks, and customer actions.
- Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis.

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content and posting schedules.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and website traffic growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Analytics & Reporting





- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor leads, conversions, traffic, and marketing spend.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of practical digital marketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Google Business Profile and local SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of SEO tools, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing IT services or B2B businesses.
- Knowledge of WordPress and website optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or examples of previous campaign results.

Performance Expectations
- Improve local search visibility and profile engagement.
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid channels.
- Maintain accurate business listings and reporting.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in campaign performance.
