We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage our online marketing activities, social media presence, and paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), social media management, lead generation, content planning, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, offers, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries or coordinate with the sales team.
- Analyze social media and advertising insights and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with the photography, sales, and creative teams to promote services and offers.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, copy, and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Social media account management.
- Lead generation and conversion campaigns.




- Audience targeting and retargeting.
- Campaign optimization and budget management.
- Social media content planning.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
- Candidates must have practical experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Should be creative, analytical, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in photography, wedding photography, newborn photography, fashion, beauty, or other visual/service-based businesses is an advantage.
