Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation for Kuvik Loans. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves managing social media channels, performance marketing campaigns, and digital content to support lending products and partner initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include developing integrated digital strategies, overseeing paid and organic campaigns, tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, and coordinating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.



The role also includes managing marketing budgets, working with external agencies or vendors when needed, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will contribute to continuous improvement by testing new channels, tools, and creatives, and by presenting regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, content calendars, and paid social campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation expertise, including designing and optimizing funnels, landing pages, and campaigns focused on quality loan inquiries.
- Relevant skills such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and basic CRM usage are highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or performance marketing for credit or lending products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, data-driven environment in Jaipur.
