We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the online presence of BSI Physiotherapy and Pink Apple Aesthetics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, performance marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Design basic marketing creatives, promotional posts, and campaign materials.
- Manage basic WordPress website updates, landing pages, and content uploads.
- Handle basic camera operations for photoshoots, videos, and in office content creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Canva, and video editing software is preferred.
- Good communication, organisational, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
