About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strong 360° Digital Marketing Agency experience who can independently manage clients, lead teams, develop strategies, and drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, AI SEO, PPC, Social Media/SMO, Content Marketing, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, ORM, Performance Marketing, Analytics and Lead Generation , along with knowledge of AI-driven marketing, automation and current digital marketing trends & techniques .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 360° Digital Marketing strategies for multiple clients/accounts.
- Manage client communication, meetings, expectations, performance reviews and relationships.
- Lead, mentor and manage digital marketing teams; assign, review and improve team performance.
- Handle SEO, AI SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Local SEO, GBP and ORM campaigns.
- Monitor leads, conversions, ROI, traffic, rankings and campaign KPIs .
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
- Ensure quality, timelines and client deliverables are consistently achieved.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and improved client results .
- Stay updated with AI SEO, search updates, AI-driven marketing, automation and emerging digital marketing trends and techniques .

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience .
- Strong 360° Digital Marketing knowledge and hands-on experience.




- Proven Client & Team Leadership experience.
- Excellent spoken English and skilled client communication .
- Strong understanding of SEO, AI SEO, PPC, Social Media/SMO, Content Marketing, Local SEO, GBP, ORM, Analytics and Lead Generation.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple clients, teams, campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, track deliverables and ensure timely execution .
- Robust planning, coordination, follow-up and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple clients, teams and priorities.
- BCA / B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
