RBP Digital 360 is a growing digital marketing and web solutions company helping businesses build, improve, and grow their digital presence.

We work across digital marketing, social media, SEO, content, websites, and brand growth for clients from different industries.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing intern/junior digital marketer who is hungry to learn, experiment, and, most importantly, implement what they learn.

This role is for someone who doesn't want to just complete assigned tasks. We want someone curious, takes initiative, researches things independently, and wants to grow by working on real projects.

What you’ll work on

● Social media research and content planning

● Digital marketing research and strategy support

● SEO and keyword research

● Blog and content optimization

● Social media management

● Competitor and market research

● Website and content-related marketing activities

● Basic analytics and performance tracking

● Exploring new digital marketing tools, trends, and opportunities

● Supporting campaigns and implementing new ideas

● Helping identify areas where our clients can improve their digital presence

● Curious about digital marketing and new trends

● Comfortable researching and figuring things out independently

● Willing to experiment and try new approaches

● Interested in understanding the reason behind the work, not just completing the task

Experience: 0–1 year preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

How we work

We are a small, growing team,



so you will get exposure to different areas of digital marketing instead of being limited to one type of task.

You will have guidance and support from the team, but we also expect you to research, explore new ideas, take initiative, and gradually take ownership of your work.

You won't always be given step-by-step instructions. If you come across something you don't know, we expect you to be willing to research it, learn it, and try to figure it out.

We value people who don't just ask, "What should I do?" , but also think, "What can I do better?"

About the role

This is a part-time/adaptable role with a fixed monthly compensation , not a traditional full-time corporate position.

RBP is currently growing alongside other commitments, and we are building it step by step with a long-term vision.

The role can work well for someone who has other commitments but can consistently contribute to RBP during the agreed working hours and take responsibility for their work.
