1. Job Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create attractive promotional posts, banners, reels, videos, and marketing content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Generate leads for solar products and services.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Manage website content, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
- Coordinate with the sales and calling teams for lead follow-up.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain the company’s brand image across all digital platforms.

1. Required Skills

- Knowledge of social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.




- Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, AI, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills for reporting.
- Ability to analyse marketing data and improve campaign performance.
- Creativity, time management, and teamwork.

1. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a digital marketing certification will be preferred.
- Relevant experience or practical project work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
