Job Overview

VentureBridge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage the company's digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content planning, and performance analysis to strengthen the company's online presence and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other suitable platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate the creation of social media posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Oversee SEO activities to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to improve lead quality.
- Monitor website traffic, audience engagement, campaign metrics, and lead-generation performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent brand communication.




- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, marketing activities, and results.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and promotional materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online promotional channels.
- Practical understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimisation.
- Experience in social media management, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.
- Robust communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in lead generation, paid advertising, and campaign optimisation is desirable.
- Candidates with a portfolio of campaigns or demonstrable marketing results are encouraged to apply.
