Role Overview -

Efficio Hub is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and support the company's digital marketing initiatives. The role encompasses search engine optimization (SEO), content development, social media management, paid advertising, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Implement on-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and support technical SEO improvements.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search performance.

Content Marketing

- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create and coordinate blogs, case studies, website content, and other marketing materials.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Track campaign budgets, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to optimize results.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

- Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

Email Marketing





- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client/prospect communications.

Branding & Marketing Support

- Coordinate with internal and external design resources to develop marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across digital channels

Qualifications & Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including internships.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content management tools such as Canva, WordPress, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, collaborative work workplace.

Preferred Qualifications -

- Relevant digital marketing certifications from Google, HubSpot, Meta, or other recognized platforms.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, consulting, or professional services industries.
- Basic graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation skills.
